Our client, one of the UK`s leading retail travel company`s, are currently looking for an experienced branch manager to oversee their busy office in Elgin. Successful candidates will have have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar man-management role along with a good working knowledge of retail travel. As this will be a very `hands on` role you must have excellent experience of booking package holidays, charter flights and cruises, and a good working knowledge of an in-house booking system such as Viewdata or Travelcat would also prove an advantage. As branch manager you will also be required to manage and motivate an experienced team of consultants and conduct any staff training and appraisals whenever required. You must also strive to meet and exceed all branch targets and try to target new and developing areas of the industry to maximise profits. In return you can expect an excellent basic salary plus benefits and bonuses and the opportunity to work very sociable hours.
Hours of work: Any 5 days - Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 17:30
